It’s interesting it is FS for 1.6 in Drexel Hill, but even the attitudes won’t have anyone coming back

Duh, the money was probably the problem.

This place has historically been an issue- so don’t think that paying more would have netted better results. I def won’t try my hand there.

Immediate crotch grab shows enthusiasm. Disinterest was displayed after failed negotiations. Maybe it wouldn't have made a world of difference but let's not kid ourselves that it wasn't an issue.
