I've had 4-hand, HJ but not FS. Paid a single house fee and tipped both ladies. Not sure why they had you pay twice for the room. But maybe that's how it is at FS place.

All FS places charge twice, otherwise it's not a good deal for them. In the city I used to go to HJ places all the time (like Joy Spa on 48th and Madison) that would offer "4 hand specials." Usually they would charge $100 (instead of $70) for the hour for both girls. Just normal tip for each girl on top of it. You'd get a frequent visitor card like the Passaic spas so you could also punch in each girl for the session.

I guess that’s usual practice. Although the one time that I had a 4 hand session I was only charged one HF. Tipped both girls. But idk if I got a discount for being a regular.
