I believe most places do bring them out in tissue to avoid opening them but re rolling a condom is not overly difficult all they would have to do is put out it on a smooth metal vibrator and roll from the bottom would be very hard to tell unless you took a good look, that's why after reading several posts like this I always bring my OWN if they refuse request they open condom in the room.
