You will find very few girls in their 20s in DE and surrounds.
The youngest local one I know of is Moon at Asian Red Sun (late 20s), but no TS there. Read reviews before selecting her.
Ladies in their 30s are not that rare.
Otherwise, your best bet for the youngest end of the spectrum are the AAMPs/escort destinations in NYC and what's left of NoVA.
