Yup. The rates are going through the roof and the service has not improved either. From what I have seen, the rates have gone from $280 to $320 in 6 months while rents have not changed at all. They are trying to milk hobbiests for as much as possible and offering nothing new. I used to go once a week. Now it's more like once every 2 months if even that much.

Dude - I remember when the rates were $220 (dating myself) ... OR less if you wanted less ... it feels like such an 'f you' to pay so much more for the same thing ... actually, for less ... some places you would get legit massages as well for about 20 -30 mins (I actually looked forward to that). I've probably over the years had at least a dozen that were better than a massage at a legit establishment. And then to have great "service" afterwards ... *sheds a tear* .... I actually asked for the massage part recently at a visit - and she looked at me like "seriously"

Anyways, NJ might be the way to go if the quality of service is really good, even though its a hike

When people keep mentioning New Jersey, for those of us from NYC who are less familiar with that scene, what agencies are the ones with similar talent to what we have (DDY, NYAW etc)? I may be in New Jersey tomorrow !!
