Really? I’ve been following Grace reviews and i know the rate for fs but i have never seen anyone talk about just the bbbj rate. grace’s website only lists rates for 30 and 60 mins fs so please let me knowy where on www the discounted bbbj only rate is published (if there is such a rate) and I’ll gladly look it up.

Pretty sure there is no discounted rate for bbbj only. You finish the way you want to finish, why would you pay less if you choose CIM?

At a standard AMP, there’s a rate for HE then if allowed, you pay more for BJ and if offered, FS on top of that is yet higher again. I was wondering what would happen if i went to an FS place and asked for less than FS, would there be a reduction in price. I can see why the answer might be no, but i don’t think it’s a completely baseless idea.

Generally if you see house fee, then its up to you to negotiate for what you want. You’re correct that it’s less than fs. For Grace, its an all in rate like PH/GGR
