The 40 was fine for the service provided. She stayed fully clothed, gave a decent massage then provided a standard jack hammer finish, thats worth about 40

The extra half hour of time is worth a little extra tip.
The 40 is appropriate if session was one hour. Tina was in the right to bark for more. But its not our problem as the milk is already spilled. I am certain that next time he comes back and if she is his provider, she will ask for tip upfront. They never forget!

well let's agree to disagree.

The OP paid extra for the extra time. He tipped nearly 45%. The service was simply adequate, but not above and beyond the call of duty. Guys often pay too much for less service and then the providers start to expect it. When a provider clearly goes out of their way to wow the customer, most, not every, but most mongers recognize it and reward it accordingly. If the OP reported some, or even all her clothes came off and he caressed her sweater kittens and she made him feel like a king then sure, drain the bank account!

But the fact is, his overall assessment of the experience was a NO recommendation. Who feels generous with the gratuity when the service was sub par?

Fellas, it ain't like NASA has worked up equations on this and a simulation software to help determine the 'right' amount. Like the run/pass option, it is a decision made while on the move. Situational. The gent did what he felt was right. Nothing here will undo it. Everybody exhale.

Usually I would tip a little more for a 90 minute session but it depends on the service. Only the OP can make that judgement from what he received. Just like tipping at a restaurant, going into it at 20% and it could go up or down depending on the SERVICE.
Just from my personal experience here over a year now, service has definitely declined. In my last few visits the attitudes of Tina and Cici have changed to more business like. They have a price list for each body part you touch. Not sure what changed, but it definitely feels more like a money grab and transactional. End result is I stopped patronizing the business.

I agree 100%, I still can't figure out why some of you waste your time at the R&T places because for a few extra dollars you can get a full meal. Actually at Saigon or French the full course menu (appetizer, entree and dessert) is at the same price as the OP paid for a long appetizer course, and only got dessert, not the entree. I know the appetizer at the the spas mentioned is much smaller, but I like to save room for the entree and dessert even if I finish all three in a shorter amount of time than I'd like. Preferably go to a little more upscale place and in addition to the full course meal you can have some entertainment at the water parks first to really build up an appetite for only for a little additional and gratuity.
