My experience there has been very inconsistent as well. Some time there would be head massage and even some kind of body scrub but the next time nothing of that sort.. Looks like its very situational and I go there only for manscaping which I havent found any other place in the area to do. And this men doing some massage I guess I have had an encounter like few years back (pre covid) once but never after that.. So seems things are changing a lot around here
The woman you describe is the owner who goes by Rachel or Casey depending on what day it is. She seems to charge a standard price of .8 no matter what you get so may as well get grooming and massage afterwoods. I was there recently and had a second woman, who I believe was Indian, do my the grooming. The owner came back in for the massage and at one point I felt the 4 hands. I assumed it was the woman who groomed me because I never turned to look. Now you have me thinking...lol.
