When leaving I was asked how I enjoyed myself. I gave a "meh" response. The MMS noticed my unenthusiastic response and wanted more information so she walked me to the door to ask more questions in private. Thumbs up for attempting to manage customer satisfaction.

It Looks like management at HAGNJ are starting to fall into the old trend of getting a good client base but not being able to keep up the quality service. Sounds like Grace will be jointing the unemployment soon line just Like Rika... Once again we should not be laying out that type of money for a average service at best...

Yes, and for the kind of damages here and if you need repeat clients coming back happily they do have to value opinions. However what if you got a couple of sub par session, will you get a discount on the next visit as the rates are very high here..

Yes true she always asked how things went, and she new I was not happy after the last session. However nothing was ever offered as a form of discount . It is a shame I was a long time customer and it makes it difficult to consider going back
