You must be crazy or down right desperate to pay that kind of price. We had a spa in our area, young and attractive girls,very busy place. The girls started getting a little greedy and w/the greed a little arrogant, raising their prices above 2.5 to 3.0 Guess what happen, word spread and the place almost went under. Word spread, the place saw no more traffic and reviews stopped due to lack of customers. Thankfully, things changed, girls got off their "High Horses" and now I believe they are recovering. Greed will do you in every time, and that goes for any business.
My criticism is not pointed at a particular individual (should of used a different pronoun ), but to all the mongers in the area discussed. I stand by my statement that greed will do any business in, including Massage parlors. I know, I seen several in my profession go under for overcharging. The principal still stands "Do a good job for a reasonable price and you will always have work"
I have not yet gone to this place or ones in NYC at the same price point but I have considered it and can certainly in my mind justify the price. Typically the ladies are younger and more attractive. Typically they have a more customer service attitude. The menu is usually enhanced and more consistent. The facilities are usually more luxurious and I rarely see people complaining that they were shorted time or made to feel rushed.
Granted there are ladies and places that come close to this at typical NJ prices but that is the exception. And when I find a lady like that, I usually tip appropriately.

I'm not telling anyone where to go and how much to pay. For me, 2.6 or 3.2 isn't a big difference, but for many it might be. So I can only talk about what I'm willing to pay for.
I've not mongered in NJ before, but I've visited cheaper places in Queens and more expensive places in Midtown Manhattan. You get what you pay for - the Manhattan girls are (typically) younger, more attractive, more fit, and have a better attitude. The Manhattan AMPs are, (typically) nicer, cleaner, more pleasant to visit. HAGNJ feels like a Manhattan AMP, and charges accordingly. It's well worth it to me. If it's not worth it to you, by all means, go some place else.
And yeah, there's a ton of reviews of HAGNJ here. Clearly, the place is popular despite the price. Wonder why....

I think you are forgetting that was everyone complaining about Susan's 2 locations, not getting the full hour, not having appointments honored, about the girls haggling for more tips and constantly holding out hand for more money. I like the option of having a NYC type spa locally. Yes its more but dont have to pay for tolls or parking for a trip to the city. More options the better.
