The same thing happened to me as Wayne and yourself. She also asked me and said it was my decision. Big difference on whether to make a big deal out of it or not.
I think it comes down if you have concerns, then talk to her. We all know she's not difficult, which is why this should just drop and give them a break.
And don't give me that shit about her taking more then she can get. That's bs. She's trying to make everyone happy. Plain and simple.

Not giving shit don't misinterpret me. I was just sharing my experience. Notice I never posted this before - because I agree with you, it's not a huge deal, and they try very hard to keep everyone happy. I only shared on this post because this was a discussion about the topic. I think its OK to discuss, thats what forums are for, if you don't like the topic you can always move to another thread.

I have seen at more than one spa double bookings. Both times I had appointments and arrived a few minutes early. Because th times I hear guy come in and say he had appointment with my provider. One guy quietly left the other made a scene.

I bet if 10 of us called and asked for ab2pm appointment with any they would take me all.
think of the no shows it is about the almighty buck
