The bait is a Taiwanese instagram model/influencer. The profile does say "real picture", while technically it is real photo of someone, it doesn't indicate that it's the person you're gonna get. It's these damn tiny details..
HappyVIP is the associated group that also brings girls to PP, like that Naomi girl whom was reviewed a few times earlier this month. Naomi's at their Flushing location now.

I booked through HappyVIP on WeChat. I see a nuance in the pictures to descriptions a little more clearly now whether the women have real pictures of them or not. They will put in 100% real in the descriptions. Under the profile headlines, it can read "real pictures" or "this individuals pictures" which is deceptive. It is what it is.

I’m speculating it’s all temporary. Their biggest space is Flushing, housing 2-3 girls at a time.
The old guard from AS/PP will run out of wherever in Manhattan, the old Lex spot and new temp spa spot? Maybe they borrowed it until they get a new lease up. Real estate is cheap in Manhattan due to covid vacancies so i think they will try to find a better place to facilitate 2-3 girls at a time.
The hotel room i saw Nene had all her luggage and personal belongings. She’s gonna move onto Flushing next week and perhaps they will rotate a girl or two out to a new Manhattan spot or they may continue a small tour around the Flushing houses. I don’t think this key card swapping game is sustainable.
