Welcome back. I just want to chime in with 2 quick comments.

1 - You did a fine job writing that review, don't be hard on yourself. It's pretty solid actually, good relevant details.

2 - Many places I have been have the same kinda signs. That said, lots of people (in addition to mongers, I mean "regular" civilians not looking for HE) get a massage in the nude. Always get fully nude if you want a better chance of an ST. Having on your underwear may stop a masseuse from testing the waters.

The only time I wear my underwear for a massage is if they expressly asked for it. For awhile I was getting TM's from a legit therapist and I knew there was no ST. I always left my underwear on with her. But sure, if they say "Hey you need to keep your underwear on" then you know 100% this is TM only.

Wonder why Sky2023 would deliberately mislead like that? I've visited that place a few times since 2014. The 60 min rate us only $50.
Masseuses are younger than the usual 50/60+ crowd.
