I thought Amy was the manasan there. No?

Now I’m thinking about it; did I see mamasan thinking that I’m seeing Amy? No no, I’m quite sure I saw Amy and looking at the way she acted and talked, she is the mamasan or at least the deputy mamasan. Lol….

I got the same vibe. She appeared to be the one running the show both times I was there. I have only ever seen Amy and Anna there.

Amy sure as hell isn't in here 20s. Probably mid 40s if I was to guess. Anna may be in her 20s. She looks pretty young to me.

Well, considering the games they played with me about Lucy; I wouldn’t be surprised if she is seeing clients under different names whenever it suits her.

I think they just suck in general with making reservations. Twice I have called/texted ahead and scheduled with a specific provider only to be told they are busy when I arrived. The first time I made a bit of a fuss about it and they went and got the provider I requested (sorry whoever's session I interrupted).

The second time the same thing happened. They told me 15 minutes and I waited 25. at that point I walked out. They tried their damndest to get me back, booking person called me on the phone and tried to explain Anna took a walk in right before my appointment and thought it was me. I understand how the mess up happened but I let them know I was not pleased and left. I was short on time and with how long I waited I just didn't have time for my session.

I've had a few enjoyable sessions here, but the scheduling debacle really rubbed me the wrong way. Not sure I will return

...booking person called me on the phone....
They have a dedicated booking person and they are having scheduling problems like this? wooow, that's nice !!

When I make an appointment I always tell them my name (nickname of course) "Hi, this is Jack, can I see Anna at 7pm". When I arrive they almost never verify my name. Sometimes they ask me if I called and sometimes they don't even ask me that. I don't break my routine and say "Hi, this is Jack. I called earlier to see Anna at 7pm". Now, you might think this would help to avoid scheduling/waiting problems? yeah, not as much as we think. I am not specifically talking about Healthy Spa, I'm talking about all Spas. I waited 15 mins at Sunflower not long ago; besides they weren't busy at all. Call me sceptic but I don't believe Anna took the walk-in because she thought it was you, she took him because he was a client, ready to go and right in front of her.
