I think what he means is that a review board full of only positive reviews gives users no help when they’re looking up providers with no reviews. Helps provide information.
I haven’t returned recently, but I would consider trying again with a different girl. I remember some decent experiences with other girls there years ago.

To draw out the analogy, in the financial sector, short-sellers play a crucial role in offering a counter to the bull mentality of stocks always going up. Basically short-sellers are the ones that spot the companies that suck and their stock prices should/will go down. This plays a cruciall role in price discovery and helps us understand what the real worth of a company is.

To bring this around to our hobby, the people who write negative reviews are helping the rest of the community understand a provider's limitations or more importantly which providers just flat out suck and need to be put out of business.
