I’m glad you had a good time but I’ve two comments. I can see why you were disappointed but in this business I don’t know many people who book weeks in advance I get that you may have not too much leeway but in mongering it’s all same day usually. Also it’s your money but the more folks tip amts like that they’ll be expecting that from everyone and service and quality will suffer when fellow mongers will just pass

I do the same...but only here at HNS since they are a NYC relocated spa. Well, they are not really in NJ, LOL. You will feel rushed or get less service pissibly. The higher tip will ensure the complete ensemble. All other NJ places .6/1. Or less depending on type of services received.

At HNS, does 10:00 closing mean you can start a one hour appointment just before 10:00 or is the etiquette to try to get in the door by 9:30? Or best to ask when calling?

I gave a total of 2.0. She said the HF was .7, but I handed her a total of 2.0. I wanted her to know I wanted everything and figured it would be easier to give it up front. She seemed happy with that amount. I did not book weeks in advance. I called the same day, made an appointment. When I got there Mamasan told me Jay was not available and tried to pawn another girl off on me. I told her I was not happy, but I would come back in a few weeks. Now a few weeks later I went back and finally got to see Jay.
