No, her name was Christina. She's been reviewed a few times. I get the impression she's Joanna's evening replacement? I say this because she answered the phone a few times during my visit. I've read others have had similar experience. No sign of a Joanna while I was there. I could be wrong, it was my first visit

I think they want us reasonably quiet during the finish because the wall between them and the pizza shop isn't particularly soundproof. Also, they do some legit business with women. I'm pretty sure Joanna doesn't care so much what happens in the rooms, only that it isn't audible outside them.
