MMS is Kim but she refers to herself as the manager I believe.

I think I noticed when you are done and the girls let you out of the room they open the door and always yell Noona... kind of sounded like ANNuh or Oona sometimes.... so I thought it was Oonah... so if the girl is between 21-39 she should always yell this lol....kidding of course...

The girls are saying, "unnie" which in korean tradition for a younger sister addressing an older sister. Or it can be used in some cases a younger korean girl addressing an older korean girl (woman) even if they're not related but they're "close" to each other.

Even though the PH girls are not korean, they implement this type of dialogue as a sign of respect for kim (noona). Noona is only used if you're a younger male addressing an older female.

I learned a lot having a korean GF for like 8 months lol

Yes, I immedately did a little on-line reearch that revealed your very relevant information. I so I undertsand my place. And just for fun, I'll keep my ear open for any PH provider who may happen to call out the name, "Kimmy" :)
