Perhaps, she was having an ‘off’ day, but if she wants to succeed in this biz, she’ll need to step up her game. Hope others here read your review, and think twice about seeing her. So is this the new normal for this place now, to get the tip upfront? Honestly, this type of service doesn’t deserve to be tipped..it’s unacceptable!

I don't think tipping prior is new normal. I have never tipped anyone before the service. Couple of time girls have asked for it, I have playfully told them that they will be as happy as I would be after the event. I haven't see Monique, although she introduced herself couple of time during line-up. Something about her never appealed me, must have been attitude or the looks she gave like I would be lucky to have her.
