This wasn't around 12:30 was it?
I had a 12:30 Appointment and was running about 5 or 10 minutes late.
I lost cell service on Route 37 and wasn't able to get through to let them know that I was close and running late.
Once I got in the lot, I saw a text from earlier, asking if I was still coming. Maybe they thought I was going to be a no show, and they gave you my appointment, That or they double booked, which I would find upsetting, if that was the case.

reminds me of why I don't go to their locations, I can't get into it with a chick who walks in and was obviously just worked over with another dude, at least take a couple of minutes and clean up.
