Verified before my 1st visit (this was my 2nd). I would describe the verification as "careful but flexible." I did not need to send two forms of ID plus business card, but I did need to demonstate that I was real and can be trusted. If you're responsive to the questions they ask I'm sure you'll be verified pretty easily.
