Only booked with them twice, but no issue so far. Then again, this was before the recent closings, so maybe they're getting super busy and accidentally double booked?

Maybe but to ghost and not respond is totally unacceptable .

They have an all star cast, all future hall of famers, under current 'conditions' with requests for a landing backed up to Seoul, traffic control is a thankless task, however, no excuse for OPs bad experience but I would cut them some slack. So ladies, please be on time and depart on time. LOL.

I have to say my experience with them was quite different, texted, he / she/ they were extremely polite and scheduled me asap. Confirmed the appt next day, received directions and everything worked great....
