We've all been there before - I was in DC once and ordered an escort who quoted me one price on the phone, then when she got there it was another outrageous $$ more that what I already paid...even though she said she was an indy it was clearly an agency deal. Little head usually wins if the means are there.
It truly depends on the quality of the provider. There have been times, where I shelled out more than reasonable to for a fit young provider with the goods and the skills to match. And there have been times when I walked away from a mediocre looking provider whom I've never seen before that asked for a price beyond reason. Little head doesn't always win, but it does have a significant sway in the decision.
I had posted a message on prior review board on this.
1.0 house fee and 1.0 tip for the girl upfront so 2.0 statement is accurate. And that is without seeing the lineup. If you do not like the lineup, too bad. They keep the 2.0 as a future credit
Not sure about addtional tipping once in he room because i walked out when she said they keep 2.0 as future credit in case i do not like the line up. You know that they are literally going to screw you with that business model.

@xxxbluelovexxx yeah, that's a model that will run the business into the ground with all the other competition, unless their talent is truly several grades above ordinary amps.
@Stretchy234 - I did manage to take a peak at 2 girls out of the 5-6 that were supposedly there and they were very similar to what you would see at usual LMPs. I would not pay anything more than what an lmp charges. I also never pay house fee without looking at the talent. Very shady practice at this place.
