Must be really pissed, since Hellcat did not check the spelling...In her defence, this is not Emma's fault obviously.
Happened to me once at Liang's a while ago, I dressed and walked away. Nowdays I have to insist over the phone for Emma's appointment, and tell the short hair boss lady I will walk if she play bait switch.
With her upgoing popularity, the "best Emma ever" have way more demand than she can possibly handle. Her hard massage style is exausting on her end.
Treat her nicely with some generosity please. A guy tipped her 5 dollars in dollar bills after two and half hour's hard massage. That is like slapping her face, FIVE TIMES.

@snowman84 happened to me once too ... i basically chewed the boss lady out & walked out ... I think few time of that, the boss lady would learn her lesson .. boss lady is money hungry .. but us mongers need to show her who’s the real boss ... we are the ones spending our hard earn $$... pls do treat The Best Emma nice & well ... she really works really hard for the tip
