Sometimes the benefits of this site is not finding "where to go" but getting credible information of "where not to go". Thanks for the recon. Crossing this off the list.

Exactly. Ironically her friend which is the main one I've been seeing there actually gives a very good massage when she wants to. And she's flirtatious. But the atmosphere tends to be so unpleasant or a mixed bag it's hard to recommend. For example, I hear them watching a show and eating in the stall next to mine or one down. Or they literally just talk with each other non-stop across stalls. Or the worst one I hate is when they answer the phone with another monger while they are there massaging you. Just obliterates the peaceful ambience.
