Notice the OP's winking emoji on his reply. This place changed hands a little more then a year ago and will provide a ST and HE now. HF went from $40 to $50 when that change occurred. There is no shower and the place is kind of run down but always get a decent massage and the ending gets the job done. There are better options in Bala and Ardmore but as the OP stated they close early and this place stays open until at least 10. I don't often go late but have walked in a few minutes before 10 a couple times and they still did an hour massage.
As for getting buzzed in, just press "0" and then any 3 digit suite # and buzz yourself in. There is a directory board on the wall you can see through the glass doors.

I visited recently. Excellent massage from an older and friendly lady. NOT a looker by any means but not beastly either. Very good massage, worth repeating. Standard happy ending should suffice many mongers needs. Do not expect anything great, but the price and proximity will make many satisfied I am sure.

I do not know if another full review is needed, but yes to what everyone has posted about this place already. Awesome 60 minute massage. I typically hit a place like this for a quick 30 minute massage, but the price break there seemed .45 for 30 mins, .6 for the hour so I took a full hour and had overall great experience
