I am puzzled too. This just doesn't seem like Lisa.

Lisa has been like the Energizer Bunny since the summertime. Only taking time off when it's her "time of the month".

I'm not making excuses for her, but we don't know what her day was like (or customer) or what's going on with her right now. Although I would never repeat with her I do hope for her own sake that she's okay since reading these negative reviews are not what we're all used to seeing here...
