my comment was not about that. My thought was that she is alone and doesn't get a break unless it's between mongers. That being said, I don't think she has enough business to warrant help, though I am sure she would like days off. I pass by there a few times a week and on weekends as I live nearby and often only see her car in the lot. And all the times I have been there it is rare when someone else rings the bell. That being said, anytime I thought of a walk in and I drove into the lot and saw another car there I always said to myself "oh well, next time", knowing she was occupied.

She seems to set appointments pretty well. She turned away one walk-up when I was there last year. Last week she scheduled someone right after me and actually shorted me about 10 minutes, which annoyed me, but she's never done it before. The guy was also parked right out front when I left. I got there early once and parked way over on the other side of the lot.

it will be interesting to see the lot situation when the new place in front opens up and there will be less empty spaces. Now, when you walk in, nobody sees you at all (and trust me, nobody is looking from RT 10). When the new place opens there will be more cars and people in the parking lot. This may be "risky" for me as I live nearby and I would hate to run into someone I know (or be seen) walking in or out of Laura's place (though all I am getting is a massage).
