Maybe I came across in the wrong tone, wasn't my intention to challenge the review necessarily. I think I'm basing it on my own standard where a 'no' really reflects that I'm telling others don't waste your money here because the service was bad, b&s, poor or snobby attitude, etc. I've had disappointing sessions because I just didn't click with a provider or it wasn't the experience I was looking for, but would frame it as 'if you're looking for xyz, then this person is not for you', while still ultimately giving the thumbs up to others to try.
Based on what was said in the review, it sounded like the road blocks, as you put it, were expected going in so certainly worth reporting on, just in my opinion didn't warrant a recommendation of no. Maybe I'm getting into nitpicking territory, but just my opinion.
