As i said,due to things that happened both to me and a friend in the past,i will not text in the hobby.

I only participated in bbbj but I do have strep but that is totally unrelated to the session just something going around my area. I do admit the FS CIP is a bit of a red flag so I would not go for that

Thats a massive red flag but some people are cool with taking that risk. Me personally I would never work with a provider who doesn't insist on strapping up but to each his own.
