The reason she has not much going on in the chest area is because she had breast cancer a long time ago. She used to work at a massage parlor awhile ago on 2nd st. in harrisburg back in the 80's and 90's. I think she is giving extras now to try and compete. She used to only be by appointment but now accepts walk ins.

She has dentures... I don’t know about you guys but not my thing... I’m sure I could get a rub down from some lonely widows at the nursing home for less...

Forgive my ignorance. But do you tip Independents? I mean if they own the spa they set the prices and get all the money, right?

It is all up to the monger to tip the providers under the asian regulations or independently. I can imagine any providers will appreciate additional funds.

It depends a lot on the circumstances. If it was clear from the get go what was included, and that's exactly what you got, then it should be okay to not tip an indie, IMO. But I generally will give at least a $20 tip, even in those situations. As Chiparlor said, it's always appreciated.
