Combination of dehydration and exhaustion even though I smashed NYAF helen the next day , i did not physically exert myself nowhere near the extent I did with Jane. Jane got my abs and legs sore. I was going to work out today but i said fuck it because I'm so sore

My regular got me like that a few times. The first time I seriously thought I was going to have a heart attack, my whole body was shaking and I was pouring with sweat, I thought I was going to collapse. I'm not fat or out of shape so it definitely wasn't due to that. I love those sessions.
