yeah its a common trend with this place. also waiting in the i overheard the manager tell another monger "20 more minutes" to which he said "you told me that over an hour ago" its my plan E spa for a reason. no use calling ahead with this place

I got the same treatment there, I asked for Alicia, BTW she's fantastic, we had a great time. Management pushes the Asians which do ok, but like you I prefer Latinas. Only reason I go there.

yeah based on the reviews of her in the past i assumed she was some cookie cutter latina with over the top theatrics. But she had the look and demeanor of a house wife who recognizes this was a good way to make a living. The latinas who work here all seem to be imported from some sister spa in flushing. She's a little older but she could definitely hold her own at any latin agency in new jersey
