Just got back from this spot. I saw suzi/zuzi (Language barrier). I tipped her 50 for massage and HE and she was upset because she wanted 100. Went at 1am. I’ll write a more detailed review.

This place is so dirty, the carpet is so dirty and sticky, you can feel it as you take of your socks. Man, it grossed me out that I just wanna get the heck out. Nicole gave me a halfass massage since she just wanna to give extra service. I didn't want anything, tipped her $25 and get the F out quick.

places are cherry have plenty of older independents but most of the spas are pretty open to extras..

I think your comments make a lot of sense. This is just my limited experience, but I would say that at most of the HJ places on the 1st visit it's best to just get the HJ. That's the "official" line, so 1st visit I just respect it. And then I try to do something to see if I can get them to remember me. For example maybe talk to the manager if there is one. Or ask to meet the other girls, maybe see one that I like and commit to coming back soon to see her. Etc. If I come back and they remember me, I have better odds. Not perfect odds. Some girls just keep the line right where it was.
