@WineSnob Have you been a customer at MiLi for a long time? Have you used your same phone number the whole time? I change my burner number frequently and I have not been able to contact them since before the pandemic. I’m wondering if they are only answering/texting with established numbers.

@Woodguy I don’t keep a record of my past burner numbers. I don’t think that would matter though, if I’m correct that they are only accepting calls/texts from known numbers, I think it’s most likely that they are doing that automatically using the “silence unknown callers” feature as opposed to reading and then not responding to texts from numbers not in their contacts. Calls from my last few burner numbers have gone straight to VM, as if they were blocked numbers.

@Itis_whatitis That is what I’m trying to figure out. I was a regular there prior to the pandemic, but haven’t been able to get in touch since. Calls go straight to VM and texts are not responded to. Others have reported the same, yet some continue to get through to them with no issue. I suspect that they are blocking unknown numbers, which is an option on iPhones and Androids. My thought is that those reaching out to them with numbers they have been using since at least early 2020 and would be in their contacts are the ones getting through, and those with new numbers that they don’t have in their contacts are the ones that are not.

I would call them and leave message that you were a previous costumer, who you saw before and that you changed your number.
