Summary: Been going to Chun for awhile now and the spa is always clean. Large shower and massage rooms with big tables. Called ahead for appointment with Mocha and she was the one who met me at the door and welcomed me. Being greeted by your provider in my experience is the norm, unless they are busy. Mocha took me to her room...more in private.
