That happened to me. I scheduled her early in the am. And too it’s a bit of a drive from the other side of the Tappan Zee. I was pissed when I entered and all of a sudden she is “busy”. I expressed my displeasure loudly. Then when I was back on the road I get a call that Monica is waiting for me????? That where am I????? I practically yelled on the phone that the phone “girl” and the mms HAVE to be on the same page. They begged me to return but I did not. I was pissed. She apologized.
