I hope the towel is not an indication of not changing the sheet. I know of other spas strategically placing the towel to catch possible leak or spill that can seep through the sheet, but they still change sheets after a session.

Same here. I had been there a few times over the years where the most you got was a nice HE.

It did not look like a sheet that covered the table, but rather either a big towel or light blanket. I didn't pay a lot of attention to it except that it was not white. I went to lay down on it, but Ruby stopped me. That is when she laid the white towel over the table covering before I was allowed to lay down.

My guess is that they only change the towel.
