different girls have different rates. Obviously the hotter ones want more. For example you can get girls for $140 sometimes but the better looking ones want $200 minimum for fasthouse type service. With Nana she did not deserve the $200 rate but she was super nice and I made a ton of money with my short positions last week so I said what the hell

If you read the menu that is what is stated. I agree that there are girls that get higher rates for more time or service but this is what management says you get for your $200

Those are what they call standard prices, but then in the ad for the specific girl you have the different price pts. Going in Nana starts at $200 for basic svce.

Anyways in Flushing post Covid- All the better looking girls now start at $200.

It's supply and demand. Someone out there is paying the rates that they ask for. If majority of the customers didn't pay those requested rates, they would have to bring their prices down to a rate that will bring people in so that they can make some money. Me personally would not pay that for standard service in Flushing. It's all about the service for the girl to get my $$. But to each their own...

It would take ALL mongers abstaining over several months to change rates. There is plenty of demand for every rate. When the providers don't make enough, they change spas until they get the rate they want.

These apartment setups are different in that they only use young talent and switch them out weekly

There is low supply of girls at this time (thanks to Trump noone is getting into the US, including chinese on travel or school visas) also which is driving up prices. And with the PAU and nothing for guys to do for past few mths- demand is still there despite the weak economy. There has been alot of "partnering in this business" over past months as well to save on rents. One MMS told me she gave up her 2 houses (totaling $7000 rent a month) and is sending her customers to a new partner for a fee.
