I have said it before. Huge shortage of new talent in NJ. Any girl with some skills and an open menu can go to NYC and make twice as much money and with less risk considering that NY is a much friendlier than NJ toward the industry.
If you look at the ads in NYC though, it has become a cesspool with the level of service girls are offering now. I firmly believe that most NJ girls are much more safety and health conscious. NYC is all about fast women and fast money.

I think the market is already coming down ..free money policy is out of the door..inflation is crazy high..we are going to hit a hard wall which means people loosing jobs and less disposable income and then post unemployment period we are going to see bad situation..im sure the amps will survive..but demand will dwindle and rates will go down for sure..already i sense low demand in many pockets helping drive rates lower..but one things is right..bad quality overall ..so everytime i wanna meet awesome folks i cross over to canada
I saw her like 4.5 mos ago. Crazy how it seems like half that time ago. Anyway she was dope. Like top 5 type of talent at any place and i have amazing sessions. Looks wise looks about 45 the 2+ years i hadn't seen her . Her age really showed more. However her body is still sexy and better than vast majority of pros her age and younger. She said she would stay for a while this time and she has.

Most these girls are from Flushing, Queens or Astoria anyway. NYC is an easier commute. Some girls come to NJ only because they fear running into family or friends if they work local to where they live.

HAGNJ apparentky failed or got run out of town The average age of girls working in NJ is probably 40 to 45. They are working in NJ because they are too old to work in NYC or they are not open to the signature service that is required to work in the more popular NYC spas. Read the NJ reviews. Most guys don't like tipping more than $.2 to $.4. The average all in hour in NJ won't even buy you a half hour massage in those popular NYC spas.
My point is that New NJ talent is lacking because the girls are going to NYC. I know Michelle/Tasha. Yoyo/Miya and a handful if others that worked at HAGNJ. That shop was a novelty or special treat for NJ mongers. Very few went there regularly week after week. Staffing that location was also a challenge. Then they tried bringing the Japanese girls in but they had to charge a premium, because most those girls were acquired through a Japanese talent agency. Customers didn't like paying the extra fee. Toward the end, they decided not to charge the premium on the Japnese girls and they were making less in house fees. Eventually it became too much of a struggle to staff with talent of the caliber expected for that price point. They had an interested party looking to buy them out and make it a traditional Day Spa and they sold it. There was talk of opening another location, but that idea got scrapped. They are now back in NYC.
As far as age goes, Michelle/Tasha is much older than the norm in NYC, but she is in exceptional shape and provides one he'll of a massage session. Age is just a number if a girl has good genetics and takes care of herself.
