This is Ruby's Massage Therapy. It would have helped a lot if you had gotten the name of the provider. Physically it sounds like Angela, except Angela is closer to 40 than 50, I think.

You asked for "light touch" but then say "The massage was weak". I think "light touch" sends an ambiguous message. If your provider WAS Angela, I have to say that she gives the best medium/hard massage of anyone I've had on the West Shore. I go see Angela when I want a reminder of how good a massage can be. Of course, maybe you had someone else, and maybe she really was bad, but since you didn't get the name...

Reviews rating the quality of a massage are opinionated. I say the massage was weak because compared to other providers it was horrible and rushed. After a light touch massage from Sara at Hilltop all sensations seemed awakened. Same with Hanna at BSS. I forgot to get the name of provider because I did not get the service I was seeking. Same reason that I do not recommend Ruby’s

First she isnt korean, she is Chinese as have all the girls that ever worked here are Chinese. 2nd what the hell are massage pants? It's also been well known that ruby's has always been DIY, except for a couple of gilda the worked here for a very short time. Massage quality is a matter of opinion depending on what you are seeking. Angela works here alone so it's up to her to answer the phone and door. A little patience os needed, getting frustrated doesn't help anything, from what I know when a customer shows any kind of displeasure the girls tend to get thru the message and get you out. But, this is my opinion and experience.

Back when Wendy was there it was amazing how much fun could be had with "DIY"-- and she was probably the most beautiful provider ever. Useless info I know cuz she is long gone.
