This is Rose Spa, 2nd Floor of a building. They have littered bedpage with many different ads, and used at least (6) phone numbers.
I do not recommend as well. It is a head scratcher, as they spent money on a new renovated space, and then advertise as a scammer that needs to change their name and number every other ad.
