It is difficult to say yes or no on the face of the pic since this is a professional shot with some make-up. However, she is a BBW and has a cute face. She is not huge, but definitely would fit the classification of a BBW.

Yes, it's South Brooklyn near Brighton Beach and Sheepshead Bay, but it is right off of the Belt Parkway. Most of the Russian/Ukrainian providers are down this way.

Not sure if she is independent. I would highly doubt it since she is only here for 6 months. Closest station is Sheepshead Bay. Maybe a 5 minute walk from there.

It technically might be Neptune at that point. It is right after Wise Restuarant. It's a largest apt complex on the right.

If the train is the rickshaw, sure. Unlike Manhattan, there's no reason to be in those neighborhoods unless you live over there. Period.
