There are various opinions about whether to claim a previous visit or fess up to a first time. I generally tell the truth.
I think the repeated questioning is a feeble attempt at screening.
It doesn't sound as though anything could have ameliorated your session, though. Even (or especially) if they suspected you were LE, they should have given you at least a quality time on the table with a good legit massage.
The MMS here has explained to me that she's fighting a vicious circle. When there are bad reviews, business goes down; when business goes down, the quality of the providers who will sign on goes down; when the quality of the providers who will sign on goes down, bad reviews are written, etc.

… too true Jakob.. the quality providers expect to earn $1000 a day and will walk if there’s a lull in customer traffic.. it’s a constant management issue at all the Stores and a vicious cycle that can send a send a good Spa into a tailspin..

Yup! A good rep takes a while to establish, but can be lost in a day.

And that is why they need to provided consistent, quality service. It's the American way. Service stinks, you move on to the next shop down the road. Most people don't complain, they just never go back.
AMP or pizza...same thing, they are a consumer driven business.
