If you arrive early, you have some time to circle the nearby blocks and can sometimes find on-street parking. The Convention Center Garage at 1324 Arch will take 8 foot tall vehicles. And there are some open surface level lots, but garages and lots are expensive compared to finding street parking and using the kiosk or (much more convenient) the mobile app to pay.
