What’s new ? She’s been there for a year I think. It wasn’t aggressive, I was just expecting a kiss here and there for a place that advertises GFE, that’s a reason people pay more cause they expect a certain service.

Right, but if you didn't negotiate it, that's different. The place does advertise it, but that is their capacity of services. I don't think it implies everyone will offer it, hence there is negotiation in all the reviews I've seen.

It’s just some places you would expect some things automatically and wouldn’t think about negotiating before hand. Like going to PE PH NWAY etc you would probably expect a bbbj automatically without having to negotiate about it when you pay full price (unless you specifically pay for a hj only) .

It's always YMMV, but for most places like PGS, where you're paying $$, you're probably not going to get GFE service. But if you're paying $$$ then you definitely should at that price point.

I assumed she was new since you said no reviews.
I wasn't there just in your own words, multiple times, you describe her as "evading" you which reads to me as aggressive.
And FWIW don't think PGS advertises or is a GFE place... its at a basic MP price point and upsells are the norm there. Those other places are 50% more expensive
