I've walked passed here often. IMO i don't think this spot is gonna be lucrative for them. It's not really monger friendly in the daytime. I mean I've been to places with cops standing or parked in front. Also spas with al fresco eateries around them. But this setup deters me from visiting.
Let's see if they still get the same volume of reviews here as they did their old place.

There are no signs out front advertising the business and there are several other organizations in the building. No one is going to know why you are entering the elevator. The people who are eating outside could care less.

Normal Chinatown bathroom -- sink, toilet, cooking tools like hotplate, laundry buckets for towel rinsing (bleaching), and hanging to air dry.
A tiny portable-like shower stall that will be nice to have in humid summer.

The "Open" light in the window stays on all night; does Lucy now stay after 8 pm, or is there a late-night crew here ?
