I had a similar situation but it was corrected after the session. Still was ticked off during the session because they didn't believe it was my free session, after they told me on the prior session that next time would be free. Ironically, it was the same girl who I had both sessions that didn't believe me?

I really hate that card BS. If your fifth visit is free, why the hell not make the house fee 50 bucks and provide great service.
Sounds good but many spas say they charge $10 for the shower because of water usage. So, for anyone that frequents DDD, you know they gotta go through gallons upon gallons of water. Other spas charge only $50, not $60, if the customer doesn't use the shower.

One reason might be that the $50 fee would presume 5 consecutive visits which doesn’t happen 100% of the time so everyone would be given a benefit without incentivizing repeat visits.

Just called myself and apparently they lost my card but I can drive up there and they will figure it out ....ugh
Happy screwed me over twice on my free visits. The last time, she claimed that I took too long between visits (4 weeks) and that the free one expired. I haven't been back there since her return and don't plan to.

Same here. My last 3 visits were supposed to count as the one before my freebie. Never got a freebie. Always issues with my card.

You know what I do since I'm a frequent flyer. I ask to SEE my card when I arrive. Have them mark it then. Every time I have this done. After my FREE visit I ask to show me my new card with my number so I know when again my FREE visit will be. NEVER EVER had a problem. They did loose my card once, I told them how many visits I had and they marked the new card so I could see. That keeps my frequent flyer miles up to date.

I’m not a millionaire but I don’t really care about the free visit because it does seem to be lack luster I think the card system helps them keep track if your loyal customer and won’t be worried about you being a creep or LE

Seriously? I should ask to see my card when I arrive? And then, after my free visit, show my number so I know when my free visit is again? As a client, should I need to do that? Since the manager has trouble keeping up with the cards, hows about we let the owner keep tabs on the cards? How hard could it possibly be to keep track of 4 customer visits, and then give that customer a free visit? Is it rocket science?
