I agree, it’s next to a 24-hour deli. Is there a bar across the street in the old Swiss Chalet space? Since it’s near the train station, it gets a lot more foot traffic than 95% of all streets on SI. I can’t imagine this location staying UTR for so long.

I just did an review on it. Location is pretty bad as too much nearby traffic. Don’t see it will last long. Service is pretty good.
