Her comments have become aggressive, condescending, and an unhealthy exchange. If her objective was to attract more clientele, she didn't do a very good job.

Skye accomplished a great deal during her short time here. She confirmed the negative reviews here, turned off potential clients she might've turned around if she was smarter about her approach, and, for me at least, made me promise myself never to go to UBR again.

I've been there a few times, but based on the absurd upselling, and her attitude, I'm pretty sure there's others who have the same mindset. I'm not TOFTT on this agency anymore.
